Indications and contraindicationsя

There are both indications and contraindications for treatment using the method used in theArthroclinic AKTA®.

INDICATIONS:

Degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the joints and spine (arthrosis, arthritis, periarthritis, gout, aseptic osteonecrosis, ostochondrosis, disc herniation, etc.). More details at this page.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Decompensated diseases of internal organs (i.e. diseases that require immediate hospitalization and inpatient treatment):

  • decompensated diseases of the cardiovascular system (myocardial infarction less than 3 months ago, pre-infarction condition, acute heart failure)
  • decompensated diabetes mellitus (type I with a sharp increase in blood sugar levels)
  • gastric ulcer in the period of exacerbation
  • less than 3 months previous stroke
  • acute renal or liver failure
  • acute infectious diseases and exacerbations of chronic infections
  • state of acute mental agitation
  • pregnancy and lactation

There are no age restrictions, unless there are general contraindications due to the health of the whole body. Patients under 18 years of age are accepted for treatment only with parental consent and must have an outpatient card or an extract from a pediatrician.

Drug allergy is not an absolute contraindication. During the initial consultation, the allergy history is clarified in detail and treatment is prescribed taking it into account.
